PAN means many things: a god, a wide metal vessel used for cooking, to turn out well, to move a camera, to encompass everything, etc. See more elaborate definitions below:
All those meanings are great and can be used as metaphors for what we are trying to do here: write about Performing Arts Now (PAN), in the USA and globally.
